One night we decided to get out the house, so we took James downtown to see the water show at the Bellagio. On our way down the sidewalk we saw Oscar the grouch and Count from Sesame Street, along with a couple robot looking people. James loved taking in all the sights. However, he wasn't sure about the water that went shooting up into the air. The sound the water makes as it goes off kind of startled him I think. He was really good to watch as long as Austin was holding him.
Other things that have been going on:
James will wear anybody's shoes except his own!
James is walking all over the place now!
He is constantly finding new places to explore.
And this guy turned 2 on the 26th of September.
Bentley is such a great friend to James!
Loves to watch his Sesame Street DVD.
It is rare for him to hold so still.
Usually he is up dancing around to the music!
Last weekend Austin's sister and her boyfriend came to visit. In preparation, we installed a ceiling fan/light fixture in the guest room. James was very eager to contribute:

We went downtown and explored the gardens at the Bellagio:
I am always amazed at what is done with that space! And I love that it changes seasonally, so there is always something new to look at.
We also walked through a Chihuly exhibit. Chihuly is a glass artist and his work is a.maz.ing! My pictures seriously don't do any justice, but you can imagine! If you ever have the opportunity to see his art, I highly recommend it. There is a neat display of his sculptures attached to the ceiling of the Bellagio when you first walk in, so the next time you are in the area, venture to look up.
All in all, we are having a pretty good time. It's been fun to explore and share so many new things with James!
